Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the studio) and OctaveDev, which runs Kodre. By creating an account you accept them.

What Kodre does

Kodre gives you a website, booking, invoicing and payment tools for your photography business. Your clients are your customers, not ours. You are responsible for the services you sell, your prices, your booking terms and your refunds.

Payments

• Online payments are processed by Paystack and settle directly to the bank account you connect. Kodre does not hold your clients' money.
• Kodre's fee for your plan is deducted from each online payment at the time of payment. The fee in force when a payment starts applies to it.
• Paystack's fees and terms apply to processing. Disputes and chargebacks are handled under Paystack's rules.
• Receipts and invoice numbers are issued by Kodre on your behalf and cannot be edited once issued.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. We don't refund partial periods.

Your content

You own your photos and content. You give us permission to store, resize and display them to run your site. You confirm you have the right to publish them, including any model releases you need.

Acceptable use

Don't use Kodre for illegal content, fraud, or to collect payments for things you don't deliver. We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your studio at any time. We delete it within 30 days, except records the law requires us or you to keep, such as payment and receipt records.

Liability

We work to keep Kodre available and correct, but we can't guarantee it will never be down. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
