Questions.

Do I need a Paystack account?

No. You connect the bank account you want to be paid into, and Kodre sets up the Paystack side for you. Money goes straight to your account; Kodre never holds it.

When do I get paid?

Paystack settles to your bank account automatically, usually the next working day. Each payment shows on your dashboard the moment it's confirmed, with a receipt sent to the client.

What does Kodre charge on payments?

Free plan: 2% of each online payment. Pro: 0.5%. Studio: nothing. Paystack's own processing fee applies on top, and you can see both on every payment.

Can clients pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Paystack checkout accepts card, bank transfer and USSD. You can also show your own bank details on invoices and record those payments yourself.

Can I use my own domain?

On Pro and Studio. Add yourstudio.com in Settings, set one DNS record, and we handle the HTTPS certificate.

What happens if I stop paying?

You move to Free at the end of your billing period. Your site, photos, invoices and receipts stay. Free limits apply to new packages and storage.
